Update 2 is the community name for the September 19, 2026 release that added guilds and ranked. The current events feed no longer lists that window. What remains verifiable without the old event card is the Pro game pass, created September 15, 2026, and the way creator guides describe the queue.
Ranked, as creators describe it
- One round, not a best of series.
- The map is assigned, not chosen.
- Attack or defense is assigned. A defense-only army fails the rounds you are told to push.
- On the first day, guides said everyone started at the bottom rank. That placement rule may have changed. Look at the rank screen.
- Kill credit and match length both come up in the September 20 ranked video as the way units gain experience. Killing player troops is described as better experience than clearing weak NPCs.
The same video's starred advice is to ascend before you evolve, to value 4-star troops you can actually equip, and to remember that Mace and the 4-star specials had no evolution at that date. Mace now has a reported Morningstar evolution. The 'no evolution' line is historical for Mace.
A useful ranked loadout still has a holder, an answer to cavalry, a ranged troop and one flex. If the star cap is 8, Spartan plus Lancer is already the whole budget and you have no archer. Drop one 4-star. The tier list is an editorial sort of those jobs, not a ranked ladder.
Guilds
The Pro pass official text is the part that is not a rumor:
- Pro before your name in chat.
- Increased guild capacity.
- A custom guild emblem.
- 20 guild roles.
Price on the product endpoint: 1,499 Robux. It does not list damage, luck or extra unit slots. One Update 2 video says guild membership is what lets you invite players to a party. That invite rule is a single creator report.
If you are not organizing a guild, Pro is the pass to skip. Ascend All Troops at 199 Robux is the one that touches the duplicate button. Neither pass replaces codes or matches.
A progression scare that was reportedly reverted
On September 19 a creator video said mastery earnings and gem earnings were cut and level requirements raised, and a same-day follow-up said those cuts were reverted and lost levels were restored. Specific percentages in those videos (about 30 percent) are that creator's reading. If your level or income looks wrong after a patch, relog and check the quest board before you assume the cut is still live.
Queue ranked after the first-hour checklist and at least one evolution plan. The Mongol pass is a separate objective track and does not have to be your ranked team on day one.
